With more than 50 years of experience in the hotel business, Danziger, who started as a bellman at The Fairmont San Francisco at the age of 17, has served as the head of several of the industry’s leading hotel companies. Danziger joined the team following his roles as CEO of Trump Hotel Group, President and CEO of Starwood Hotels, President, and COO of Carlson Hotels Worldwide, and President and CEO of Wyndham Hotel Group. Danziger was instrumental in the exponential growth and success of each organization he led. He is credited with greatly expanding the footprint of Wyndham Hotel Group, and he was the visionary that first leveraged the organization’s strength and synergies across its brands.
Eric Danziger is the Chief Executive Officer of Resolute Road Hospitality. In his role, Danziger is responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and performance of various industry brands.

His first executive role was with DoubleTree Hotels, where he was part of the team which created the iconic DoubleTree cookie. Danziger was instrumental in the exponential growth and success of each organization he led. He is credited with greatly expanding the footprint of Wyndham Hotel Group, and he was the visionary that first leveraged the organization’s strength and synergies across its brands.
Danziger is the recipient of numerous awards and honors such as the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the year – Northern California Real Estate/Hospitality, the Lifetime Achievement HSMAI, the Industry Icon SAHIC, and more. Danziger has also been actively involved in industry associations and major universities. He has been a Guest Lecturer at Cornell University, Boston University, where he also has been a commencement speaker, and Johnson and Wales where he holds an honorary doctorate.

Gary J. Horton is President at Resolute Road Hospitality. In his role, Horton presides over all aspects of operations and profitability of the assets in Resolute Road’s portfolio. He works closely with each hotel to ensure all goals and expectations embody the Resolute Road promise.
Prior to joining the team in December of 2003, Horton held various positions ranging from President, Vice President, and Board Member of several Lodging and Restaurant Associations. He also served as General Manager of a variety of hotel brands. During his tenure, many of these properties have achieved the highest level of their respective brand recognitions such as Hilton’s Connie Award, Hampton’s Lighthouse, and La Quinta’s Franchise Hotel of the Year. Horton also has successfully identified, trained, and produced successful leaders who continue to excel in leadership positions in and out of the lodging industry.
Horton graduated from Brigham Young University – Idaho, with a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Business Management.
In his free time, Gary enjoys traveling, fly fishing, golfing, and enjoying the great outdoors.
Daniel Pinheiro is Chief Business Development Officer at Resolute Road Hospitality, a third-party management company driven by a promise to provide owners with an increased return on their assets. In his role, Pinheiro is responsible for driving the company’s overall growth.
Prior to joining the team in 2019, he served for four years at Channel West Group, a boutique private equity shop focused on value-add hospitality investments. During his tenure, Pinheiro was responsible for underwriting all acquisition opportunities ranging in value from $20 to $150 million. In addition to pursuing new opportunities, Pinheiro oversaw asset management for the company’s robust hotel and resort portfolio, including all reporting commentary and financial statement analysis. He was responsible for managing all hotel renovations and capital expenditure projects. Pinheiro spent over two years in Bank of America’s representation and warranties group servicing residential mortgage-backed securities.
Pinheiro graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outside hunting, fishing, and taking advantage of everything outdoors, Idaho has to offer.
Brittany Iverson is Chief People Officer at Resolute Road Hospitality, a third-party management company driven by a promise to provide owners with an increased return on their assets. In her role, Iverson supports all hotel employees by providing the necessary back-end human resources support. She handles items under the HR umbrella such as employee relations, compliance, policies/procedures, goals, and expectations that embody the Resolute Road Hospitality promise.
Prior to joining the team in 2014, she served as an HR Clerk for Western Power Sports, one of the world’s largest power sports companies. During her tenure, Iverson handled all items under the HR umbrella such as payroll, workers’ compensation, and employee relations.
Iverson graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications.
In her free time, she loves spending time outdoors camping and riding their RZR with her family.
Kevin O’Neil is Vice President of Business Development at Resolute Road Hospitality, a third-party management company driven by a promise to provide owners with an increased return on their assets. In his role, O’Neil is responsible for cultivating new client relationships.
Prior to joining the team in November 2022, he served as Franchise Development Manager for Rhino 7 Franchise Development Corp. During his tenure, O’Neil was part of a team that sold over 100 territories in 11 months. In addition, O’Neil has sold over 275 hotel franchises for 15 different brands in 36 states during his time in the franchise development space.
O’Neil graduated from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He also holds an MBA in Financing from the University of Colorado.
In his free time, he enjoys playing hockey, golf, and traveling with his wife and two sons.
Richard Sprecher is Vice President of Business Development at Resolute Road Hospitality, a third-party management company driven by a promise to provide owners with an increased return on their assets. In his role, Sprecher is responsible for cultivating new client relationships.
Prior to Joining the Team In November of 2022, He served as Vice President of Development for Meyer Jabara Hotels and Vice President of Business Development of Aimbridge Hospitality. He also spent 17 years at Choice Hotels International as Director of Franchise Sales. During his tenure, Sprecher sold over 140 Hotel management Contracts, and over 200 Hotel Franchise agreements. In addition, Sprecher established a Distressed Hotel Asset Division, and obtained the company’s first receivership assignment.
Sprecher graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, and their two rescue dogs.

Aimee Tylor is a Director of Operations at Resolute Road Hospitality, a third-party management company driven by a promise to provide owners with an increased return on their assets. In her role, Tylor is responsible for every aspect of human resources and works to create a positive culture of promise throughout the company.
Prior to joining Resolute Road Hospitality in June of 2022, Tylor worked as Operations Manager at Amazon. During her tenure, Tylor has opened and remodeled over a dozen hotels. She has also held various positions in the hotel industry ranging from busser, Advisor, Sales and Operations manager, Task Force Chair, and President of several lodging associations.
Tylor graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, Public Relations.
In her free time, she likes to spend quality time with her family and friends.
As President for Braintree Hospitality with 20 years of experience in the lodging industry, Gary is responsible for the operation and profitability of brands and assets in our portfolio. This includes several full, focused, and select service brands that fall under Hilton, IHG, Choice, and Wyndham. During his tenure, many of these properties have achieved the highest level of their respective brand recognitions such as Hilton’s Connie Award, Hampton’s Lighthouse, and La Quinta’s Franchise Hotel of the Year.
Gary has successfully managed a wide variety of hotels early in his career including Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites and AmeriTel Inns (independent brand). His passion for the growth and the development of others has contributed to his success by helping those around him reach their fullest potential. During his tenure, he has successfully identified, trained and produced successful leaders who continue to excel in leadership positions in and out of the lodging industry.
